Is this a decent power supply?

I'm considering purchasing the FSP AURUM CM 80+ 650w psu to replace my cx850 due to audible buzzing in headphones and from psu, I'm unsure of the build quality of this psu.

Pc Specs
-I5 4690k
- GTX 980ti gigabyte windforce
-8gb kingston ram
-CX850m
-Gigabyte Z97x Gaming 3 motherboard

Edit: also considering Seasonic SSR-650RM G Series 650W 80Plus Gold Modular Power Supply
