Is this a decent sound card?

Is the 3D Premium Surround sound onboard Sound card that comes with iBuyPower's computer decent? I don't want to spend anymore money on my build. This is my first time tranfering over to PC Gaming so I don't wan't to spend anymore than I have to. Also, will the sound quality change if you have a good headset? For example, If you bought an high quality headset, would it improve the quality? Thanks!

That description doesn't really tell us which sound card it is because it depends on the motherboard. Onboard soundcards are decent now so it should be sufficient, you don't need a discrete sound card. Obviously higher quality headphones will improve sound quality.
