Is this a decent upgrade?

2GB GTX 650 GeForce DDR5 128 BIT PCI-Express 3.0 HDMI Graphics Card 5000 MHZ NEW

I was thinking of upgrading to this,
from a EVGA GTX550ti (1440x900@60Hz) 1023MB

Is this a decent upgrade as Im on a budget?
Also does anybody know this brand? Are they anygood? Havn't seen them in at least 5 years.

My other specs:
Windows 7 64-bit
CPU:Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 @ 2.83GHZ
RAM: 4.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 399MHz
Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer INC. P5Q PRO TURBO (LGA 775)

This is a bad upgrade only 3% improvement. U need to go with 650ti/650ti boost

Asus and gigabyte both are great but Gigabyte has a faster core clock so it will perform a bit better. It will give u 50% improvement over ur current card

Thanks man. I'll probably go with Gigabyte then. Is my PSU alright for all of this hardware?
Plus I got a Haf 922 with a few extra 200mm fans.
