Solution
GPU: Can you get the 280?
CPU cooler: I'd choose else.
HDD: Get Blue. Green isn't worth it. Much slower and not much cheaper.
CPU: Get the 8320. Cheaper and overclocks the same as the 8350.
Check this build. It has Xeon based CPU from Intel which is equivalent to i7 except that it does not have built-in GPU. For video editing tasks you would need a powerful CPU. Xeon is best suited for the requirement as it has same functionality as of i7 but it is cheaper.
