Is this a good 2tb drive for the price?

Im thinking about getting this drive as my current just died. Is it worth the money? I'll mainly use it for gaming, Movies, videos etc.. Just every day things.

I have never had a bad Seagate yet. And I go thru a lot of drives in my builds. But you might get it cheaper if you get the OEM version instead of the retail.

I havent seen seen anything about OEM what does it stand for?

Original Equipment Manufacturer. Actually, I maybe should have referred to it as bare bones. No cables, instructions, etc. just the drive to swap out with the old one.

That's all I ever buy. Do you need the interface cable, power cable, mounting screws, manual, and quick installation guide? I think not. Is it going to replace the existing boot drive or just be a storage drive?

Yeah I wont need any of the cables screws or manuals since im just replacing my current drive. My last drive worked as my boot drive and storage drive. But once i get this drive its only going to be for storage since im also getting a SSD to boot.(stuck between this and

Oh yeah that does help. Crucial seems to read and write A lot faster than kingston. I'll just go with them for now.
