After following the advice of a lot of people on here I have finally come up with what I think is a good deal for under 700 dollars. Its not a 100% budget build, I dont want to go too cheap. What do you think about it?

If you can, I would recommend you spend maybe 100 bucks more and try to get a quad-core i5. It would be a nice thing to have for the future if you need more horsepower so your CPU isn't so much of a bottleneck.
