Is this a good budget gaming rig?

I have a budget gaming rig that I will be making. Do you think it could max out Skyrim w/ 30+ FPS with around 15 mods running with aa off? If not, could you make some suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Looks good, but I would suggest a better PSU (More watts) because if you overclock, that fx octacore will guzzle power and it isnt good to be near your max all the time when you use your computer. You don't need to add much, 600-650watts would be good.

Guess I don't know you after all...

Anyway, looks fine but I personally think that modular PSU's (at this price point) are not worth it as you can stuff the cables behind the motherboard tray.
