I would change the motherboard and the GPU as the Gigabyte 290 has high temps so you'll find your GPU's at 90c sometimes
but MSI has a nice temps for the 290 and the motherboard isn't so good so i would change it for the best Z97 Mobo that is the ASUS Z97-A
