Is this a good build for fairly basic gaming?

I am making a part list for my bother. He is not into very high end games, and his resolution will either be 1920x1080 or 1600x900.

Here is what he expects to be able to do.

Benchmark 1: Play Skyrim on low to medium settings on 1080p with 30+ fps.

Benchmark 2: Play the new battlefront on 1600p on the lowest settings with a playable framerate.

Here is his build:

For a gpu, I was thinking the Gt 730 2GB. Or maybe, if he can afford it, the GTX 750 ti.

Will it suffice?

Made some changes, dont buy GT 730. The lowest i woudl go for gaming PC is GTX 750
