Is this a good build? I5 4690 and GTX 770

Hey I am building my first (good) pc and am looking for some help about what should I improve or if it is good already I wouldn't want to send more than 100$ more than the price right now (not icluding case that I will but sepiretly)

CPU: I5 4690
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 770, 2GB DDR5 (256 Bit), HDMI, DP, BOX
HDD: 1TB
RAM: 2x4 GB Patriot Viper 3
MOBO: H97M-PLUS
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
PSU: Seasonic M12II-520 520W 80 Plus Bronze

make sure your ram is 1600 or 1866
if you want you can upgrade your psu but i think that is fairly enough

The patriot viper 3 is 1600 mhz I obviosly have an ODD and I don't think im going to upgrade the psu maybe only to the same pssu but 620w

thats good then.
ill give you an option:
you dont need a CM HSF, a good thermal paste and a stock cooler can do well
you can buy R9 290x 4Gb 512bit if you deduct the HSF

you dont have to buy cpu cooler because your cpu cant OC
