Is this a good build/is it compatible?

Heres the build I am working on. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/SizedMouse9/saved/H7RnnQ

What I'm looking for: Intel CPU, GTX 1080, RTX 2070, or RTX 2080, 32GB of ram, 1TB of SSD storage (the HDD in my build is the current storage device in my computer), enough power for gaming (games like R6 Siege, PUBG, Escape from tarkov, black ops 4 (games to come like anthem, mk11,dying light 2), and enough power for recording, editing, and streaming.

My budget is preferably less than $2000 but no more than $2500.

Other Notes:
-This will be my first custom build (my friend might help me put it together) but please don't recommend something that will require lots of maintenance or experience to keep intact (like liquid cooling).

-I am willing to spend maybe $50-$100 more for the computer to look nice (i.e. lighting, RGB, etc) but it is not a priority; It will be on my floor so it will not be seen that often. The case I dont really care about but I would like it to be fairly big. I dont know the dimensions of the average desktop but I think I might like a full tower

-The motherboard does not matter that much to me but I would like to have at least 5-6 USB ports, Ethernet port, atx form, and enough spots for all the required parts

-GPU: at least 1-2 HDMI ports (for my current monitor), and at least 1-2 DisplayPorts (for my new monitor(s))

-CPU Cooling: Really just enough if I need close my door in the (Texas) summer, my room won't heat up too hot (really no more than 80-85°; my house is usually 76° in the summer)

Please edit or recommend anything that you think would be better or if my build works good enough :)

your pick has two major flaws, psu is junk and cooler too weak to overclock 9700k. My take for your needs and budget in black and red theme:
