Pretty solid, not too much to change. Even though you are going with a non overclocking cpu, I would still recommend not using the stock cooler so you can keep the sound down, and prevent from thermal throttling if it is particularly hot where you are. Just get a Hyper 212 evo.

Nice solid build. Like Ethanh said, an aftermarket cooler is a nice addition if your budget allows. The stock coolers have gotten better but a larger slower cpu fan would make for a very quiet, and well cooled system. Because the case you picked out has a 150mm CPU height max the CM Hyper 212 Evo wouldn't fit. However the Cryorig H7 is only 145mm so would work well with your build.

One change I would make would be the HDD. Nothing wrong with the WD Blacks, but they are over priced. For the same performance and warranty and half the cost, check out

If you want to bring down the price by a bit you can go for i5-6500 instead of i5-6600 there is no big difference noticed.

Fine as is more or less. Here's some ideas though. For the $20 some odd more you'd pay for the i5-6600k, you'd get an unlocked cpu, which you'd be able to oc without complications. Which would also mean choosing a cooler, but still doable without exceeding listed budget too much. A 250G Samsung 850 evo lists for $23 more than the crucial ssd, and will offer you considerably better performance and overall quality. If you did decide on the K version cpu, the Gigabyte GA-Z170M-D3H Micro ATX is $16 more than the GA-H170M-D3H. Only other thing can think of is the OS.

Sidenote. If you're set on choosing W10, it'd be worth considering the pro version.

Looks good. The difference between pro and home is just with pro you are getting some more administration and power user tools, not really worth it and you probably wont need it at all.

Looks fine. Only other thing can think of is RAM speed/timing; some choices for ~ the same price, (ripjaw Vs, team dark, or even lower in the case of the Geil evos), at 3000mhz/15CAS. Btw, regardless what you go with bear in mind black friday/cyber monday sales not far off, may be worth waiting for.
