This is my first build. These are the parts that i'm buying, I already have some RAM so that's not on the list. This PC is for a low-med budget of around £600-£650 and i am yet to buy a monitor, a keyboard and a mouse. It would be great if you could look at the component list and give me any advice/changes that you think would be an improvement (try not to increase the price).

Looks good, although I don't know a ton about amd processors, only recommendation (I know you don't want to change price though) would be to drop and ssd in there, a 128 gb Samsung evo would be great or even the plain 840. But this can be done later when your budget allows.
