No. You'd need some parts (CPU, GPU, Motherboard, ram, and PSU to name a few) for something to be called a computer build.

It is theoretically possible to do with an abacus - but hard to get more than 1 frame/day that way... fingers work too but they are closer to 1 frame/week.
