Not a fan of the power supply, plus it's way overpowered. You only need 500w for that system. The GTX 660 only uses 1 PCIe x6 connector so even if you plan to SLI down the road a quality 650w would be more than enough. Thermaltake doesn't make very good PSU's. Their Tough Powers are okay but for that $80 you could get a more reliable unit.
Also it would be a better idea to get 2x4GB of RAM instead of just 1x8GB of RAM. Reason being you can run dual channel mode.
It's pretty good but I made couple of changes and yes you need optical drive also you don't need a 750w psu. If you can stretch your budget just a bit get a gtx 760 instead anyways here is the parts I picked

Most of these are at least semi-modular too. So you can leave out unused cables instead of having to bundle them and hide them somewhere in the case. This is a luxury the Tough Power is also lacking in. Aside from below average build quality and abysmal aesthetics.
You will need an optical drive to install that Windows DVD you included in your build. Unless you can get a digital copy and put it on a thumb drive. Which you would have to use another computer to do, because there will be no operating system on this one until you are able to install it.
EDIt: Just noticed there is no mechanical HDD. That 250GB SSD will fill up fast unless you plan to only have a handful of games installed at a time and no intentions of storing video, music, or pictures. I recommend getting at least a 1TB 7200RPM HDD for games and storage. But 2TB drives are only $10 to $20 more than their 1TB counterparts these days. You could easily pick up a 2TB Seagate Barracuda for $80-$90 and be set.
