Solution
Everything except the motherboard is good.

Replace with a 78LMT USB3 if not overclocking, Pick up a 970M Pro3 if a light overclock is desired and the 970 MSI GAMING if you want SLI support and great overclocking for a decent price.
Since I don't know the cost of this build, I'm sure some people would make a same-cost build with intel, which would be better. I have a amd fx 8350 and if you really want to go with it, you should immediately change the stock cooler [those 5000rpms on the 80mm fan are loud as hell]. That is all I can suggest, other will probably have better answers.
