Why do you keep making new threads about the same build? There is no need for a CPU cooler as the CPU comes with one. You're paying too much for the motherboard, and for $12 more you can get 16gb ram.
I saw an MSI one earlier, hmm.
Now it's a gigabyte B150M DS3H. I dislike the lack of fan headers but someone like me needs a PC to work, play games and not falter, and that's all I need personally. Nice cheap board and does what it needs to do. If you need the extra features, then get a bigger board. I know some ASUS ones have more fan headers which you'll want.
You're not missing anything. The other thing you could save money on is the GPU, you can get a Gigabyte Windforce 6gb one for $40 less, without any performance drop.
The motherboard fits in the case.
MSi has more efficient cooling and a bigger heatsink. It won't affect you unless you really love to OC your GPU. That gives minimal GPU performance increase imho so you wouldn't mind.
