Is this a good build?

Yes & no.

Most of the hardware is solid.... but...
1. A Z370 board paired with a locked i5 doesn't make a whole lot of sense. A B360 board is probably cheaper.
2. The CX600 isn't overly great, especially if it's already a couple of years old. The newer CX x50W units are a pretty great step-up in quality.... but depending on your specific location, there may well be better options.

Guessing you're in Germany, or surrounding? (based on the .de PCPP link), so be quiet! units are probably readily available?
Dark Power 10, PurePower 10 or Straight Power 11 units are all great quality....
