Do keep in mind that you need a completly new pc. The only thing you might be able to reuse is the case and hdd in the one you have now.

I would recommend a ryzen 2600 (or 1600 if those are considerably cheaper) since games are really starting to want more than 4 cores and shadow being a new AAA games I wouldn't be suprised about it not doing too well on 4 cores.


What I would recommend here is to get a bit better psu (price is not included fyi) and get a used hd7870, gtx 680, hd 7950, hd 7970, r9 270(x), gtx 670, gtx 770(ti),... Those all hover below the price of a 1030 and are far far better.
