This is my first build and I am building it for gaming primarily. I was wondering if you guys think these parts are good. My budget is $1100.

Thanks. I do not have an extensive knowledge on computers but I decided that not only would this give me an awesome gaming computer but give me an opportunity to learn how to build a computer and how the different parts effect different things. I would like any suggestions for better parts and things along that line.

Depending on the size you want these are common HDD

500GB: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive $60

1000GB: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive $90

2000GB: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive $115

Some things to look for in a HDD are 7200 RPM or higher, storage capacity, size(3.5"), reliability, and buffer cache(16MB and up)
Very good build, but you could go with an Ivy Bridge processor (i5-3570k) if your budget allows. Do you already have a HDD because I don't see one listed and 128GB is probably not enough if you are just going to get the SSD.

I do not have one picked out do you have any suggestions?
