If that were a REAL GTX 970, that would be an exceptional price.

Since it is a fake...anything greater than $0 is too much.

GTX 970 does not come with a VGA port. That is a 100% fake.

Actually, a sort of funny thing... Look at the GPU-Z screenshot they included in the ebay listing there. They edited the screenshot to cover up the graphics card logo and the beginning of the model name, undoubtedly because it was showing an exclamation point instead of the logo, and a [FAKE] tag before the name, to warn users that the card has had its details modified and is not a real GTX 970...

The GTX 970 is a somewhat older model now, and you can find some used 970s on ebay for a little over $100. For a similar price, you could also get a similar-performing but somewhat newer GTX 1060 3GB or RX 570 used. Whatever the card, look for name-brand models though, with recognizable product logos on them, and not something with a generic cooler shipped direct from China, as there's a good chance that such a card will be an older, lower-end model that's been modified to report itself as something else.
