Question Is this a good choice for thermal paste

Hello the store I am able to go to does not have thermal grizzly's hydronaut paste which I have heard is good for direct die, as I am using a laptop i7-10750h acer nitro 5. Is Noctua Nt-H1 Pro-Grade Thermal Compound a good option.

That's not possible to answer.
Someone needs to give me a gaming laptop, I'll buy the Mastergel and Hydronaut myself to compare dot and full spread methods on both cpu and gpu, and get back with the results at a later time.

You don't have to do that, from what I have seen, people with laptops, one guy tried 4 different pastes, which all failed after a month or two due to pump out, he then purchased hydronaut an hasn't had a problem since, thank you so much for your help and dedication.
