If you can stretch your budget by another 200 euro, you can upgrade to a 7800X3D CPU.

This is one possible build. More expensive but longer lasting. Though you could buy your build and upgrade the CPU later.

Hey thank i took the cpu and the cooler you suggested for the psu should i take the 1000w you suggested or can i keep the 850w i already got. and i also rather keep my case bcs it has already the fans and in the case u suggested i should buy extra

Yeah, keep the case you like.

With a 1000w PSU, you will not have to cheange it in the next 4-7 years if you buy a new GPU.
It is better to have more watts and not need them. The PSU that runs closers to it's max is more stressed.

I also think the SeaSonic is more quiet, but you can keep the Corsair pick to save some money.
 
Windows is not the only thing that resides on the C drive.
Many things default to it.
256gb may fill up.

If you have installed apps, they will be recorded in the registry that gets wiped if you do a new clean install.
Steam games have a work around.

I like the simplicity of a single large C drive space .
