i mainly play games like World of warcraft and do streaming on twich and youtube vids
im a bit unsure whether i could SLI a GtX 980 and a GtX 970

yes this is very good but its a overkill you dont need 32 gb reduce it to 16gb go with the gtx 980 and you cant sli 970 and 980 just a heads up go with the intel 5930k i would go for a 850 watt supply

would it run on a 4k monitor with g-sync? both the monitors are 4k with gsync

I would sli the 980 or get a better gpu if you wanna run 4k at ultra at games
