That should play GTAIV fine. I'd get a better brand of PSU though - perhaps a Corsair TX-650. Never cheap out on the power supply.

GTA IV is heavy on cpu though, so it might struggle a bit with the amd fx-6300 if you crank up the settings.

Actually i lied, gta 4 is an old game so you should be fine

cpu will hold you back. you need as fast of a quad core or higher cpu. you have a medium level cpu.
