Question Regular BSODs for seemingly hardware related reasons - not sure what to do

Hey everyone!

Somewhere last summer (I think, although it might have been present since up to a year or more ago) I started getting random BSODs - somewhere from 0 to 2-3 times a day usually. I paid it no attention for a while, more like didn't pick up on there even being a recurring issue (which even prompted me to pick up a smart outlet so that I could force reboot the PC when necessary when i'm away for RDP, as it sometimes, much more rarely manifests as the PC locking up, and not a BSOD).

The BSODs are always seemingly unrelated - IRQL, KMODE, Hypver-V related, etc. And the dumps always have no useful information - stating that the crash happened in the Windows Kernel and sometimes pointing to a random executable running at the time.

I started by troubleshooting software - I reinstalled graphics and chipset drivers - but that did nothing. Then I tried Driver Verifier (the Windows inbuilt tool) to maybe narrow down the problematic driver - which turned out to be a VPN tunnel driver. Sure, I thought, and uninstalled it. But then it happened again. And then I discovered that DV actually started blaming all the drivers - next I uninstalled a bunchof Razer drivers - and it picked yet another driver to blame.

At this point I'm fairly sure this is hardware related somehow - but I'm not sure what's up. I did install additional RAM this summer, but the RAM passes both the Windows memory test and memtest86. The PC isn't overheating - CPU temps are under 75-ish deg under full load, and more liek 70 since I replaced theermal paste with a better one.
Yeasterday I tried resocketing and shuffling around RAM sticks - but to no avail. Some on the Internet suggested checking CPU pins, however, I have never unslotted the CPU ever since I put the PC together, so I doubt they're damaged in any way.

Any ideas for further troubleshooting? Attaching a HWiNFO report for specs.

Any help much appreciated!
