It does look legit but i wouldnt consider this a good deal.
Would suggest you spend a little more and go for a gtx 1050.

Lot of the scams originate from China, this 750Ti is sold from there. Wouldn't trust it.

1. The deal looks legit but still be extremely careful for deals coming from abroad, especially from China.
2. That is not really a good deal for a second-handed item. There are risks buying second-handed items aside from legit or not legit.

It does look legit with multiple good reviews but they can be quite devious. There is one review that makes it all uncertain even though it's just one it's the black sheep from this crowd being honest and probably a victim.

Lowest clock speeds with 1/3 of the cuda cores that a gtx750ti has.

The card registers as a GTX750ti in gpu-z but the specs are from a much lower card.
