Solution
Great build! You`ll be gaming hapilly ever after! (not really :) )

The only thing that I would change is the GPU to a Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming for better performance. And do you really need all the case fans? The NZXT 410 is a really good case.
Also, you can go air cooling and save some money with the Noctua NH-D14 for similar cooling performance.

Solution
Well i choose those case fans cause im going for the Black/Red theme and i was gonna replace the Two fans that come with the H100i With Two of the AF 120s. and is there really a diff between Asus/Msi/Evga/Gigabyte Versions of the GTX 970

It's very good. The cpu could use some more single for performance. But you could save a lot of money. Corsair hypes their ram. Same with the Asus rog motherboards. If you getting them for looks the truth is it will be under your desk for the rest of its life. The Samsung storage is also hypes. I would do my reasearch on ram, ssds, cpus and whatnot. And then reconsider. But anyways again, do your research. Also if you have the money, go for a 780ti in sli maybe even a 780 or a 770. It would reduce the cost of you could get a good deal. Plus It would perform better than a 970. (do your research don't kill me)
Hope that helped.

a 780 out performs a 970? when did that happen. Of course dual 700 series cards will beat a 970, but its double the cost, and double the TDP. Your better off with a single 970, and then getting another. Also, the 780 Ti stills goes around for 400$-500$.
