[SOLVED] Is this a good entry level gaming build?

I want to get into gaming and am on a budget however I want to be able to upgrade in the future hence the fact that I only have an 128gb SSD and no dedicated graphics, is this a good build?

Here's what I would suggest:

1. That case is trash (Apevia is a brand that is known for junk). Get something from Corsair, NZXT, Phanteks, or Fractal Design instead.

2. If you already have an SSD I would buy a mass storage drive instead of another SSD. You can pick up a 1 - 2TB mass storage drive for around $60 and that will benefit you more than another SSD will.

3. The onboard video of a Ryzen 2400G is decent but is no substitute for a dedicated GPU.

What is your overall budget?

Unless my eyes are deceiving me I'm pretty sure that's the same system in your link. I do agree about the RAM especially on a Ryzen G. I would get either G Skill Ripjaw V or Corsair Vengeance. Both will do much better.

Reasoning: It's the cheapest I could find you, with significant savings for a very minor APU performance downgrade. Pair this with a good used video card (at least a 1050Ti 4GB) and you'll be doing far better than the 2400g for about the same cost. And it's just as upgrade-able.

(also, you don't want a hard drive with anything less if it's your main storage - trust me, the 64MB cache and 7200 RPM is minimum for an alright experience with loading times)
