I'm planning on ordering all this in the next 2 weeks and was wondering if everything will be compatible

I'd change the mobo to the z97-g41. It's cheap and gets the job done. Yours is ok, but doesn't really have the feature set most people want. What is your budget?

Looks fine to me mate. If you were planning on buying an aftermarket CPU cooler but forgot then the CM Hyper 212 Evo is a good choice.
