Is this a good first time build??

HDD: WD 1 TB DESKTOP HARD DRIVE 3.5 INCH 7200 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64 MB CACHE

RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE PRO SERIES - 8GB ( 2x4GB) DDR3 DRAM 1866MHz C9 RAM

CABINET: DEEPCOOL TESSERACT BF MID TOWER CASE( BLACK )

PSU: CORSAIR VS650 650 WATT

The total amounts to Rupees 61k . Idk if the parts are compatible because pc part picker doesnt load for me 😛 . Also i want to know if i can get better parts for a cheaper price . Im on a budget so cant spend more money ... All help would be appreciated , thanks

I want to play bf4 and other fps games smoothly

yes that is a wonderfull build, but you wont be able to play BF4, cause you will get kicked for having a bad PING, but if you get a Playstation 4 you wont get kicked.

Is liye mein keh raha hoon ke PS4 le lo. India Pakistan mein online gaming PC pe Bakwas hai.

You will have a hard time finding a server that wont kick you.

Ok then keep using your PS4, cause on PC you will keep getting kicked. I live in australia, and if i play on server outside of australia i get kicked, and i dont think there are pakistani indian servers for BF4. you could try join the Chinese servers but.
