Someone suggested this to me, and I was wondering if I could get a second opinion.
Also, can I get better prices on these parts? I live in Australia, so Australian retailers are optimal.

The build is okay, but you can certainly do better for that budget. Something along these specs would be good. Looks like you don't want to overclock, so that would save some money too.

Thanks for your help.

The other guys suggested I go with a H97 or Z97 motherboard, so I put that in, and changed a couple of things to save money (case, PSU) and a 2TB hard drive. I also put in the OS and thermal paste.
