For the games you've listed, that PC will be fine. There's very little you could do to improve it without vastly increasing the price.

$70 to upgrade the CPU to the best for your motherboard, and upwards of $60 to upgrade the GPU (depending on what you go for).

The next would be the R9 280x, followed by either the R9 290/290x or the GTX 970.
