i am mainly going to be gaming and i will overclock my CPU and GPU
CPU: i7-4790K
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i
GPU: Gigabyte 970 Windforce
Case: Corsair 760T White
Memory: HyperX Fury 1600 MHz 16Gb Black
Storage: WD Black 1TB and a Samsung 850 Evo 250Gb
MotherBoard: Asus Maximus Hero VII
PSU: Cooler Master V750S, 750W PSU
Optical Drive: ASUS DVD Writer, DRW-24F1ST
Operating System: Windows 7

Great built. BUT if you want to overclock then you should get Seasonic, EVGA or xfx. Don't get cooler master at least for PSUs. They use cheap Chinese capacitors which is harmful fit overclocking. It may fry you components. Best options to get a better PSU. Asus z97-a is enough. Also 8 GB ram is more than sufficient. And put that money to get gtx 980. See i have done a best built for you:

cooler master power supply and an asus maximus board. this makes no sense since that psu will never give the board control. platinum seasonics are pretty more the only power supply that should ever be connected to a maximus. the maximus board is for bragging rights or (delid) direct die cooling via a very nice loop... otherwise save your money. why windows 7? w8 is far superior especially for hyperthreading and non gaming apps can see a 5-10% performance increase over w7.

if this is purely for gaming then just get a 4690k and a hyper 212 and any basic board. get a single 970 for now and in a few months upgrade to gm210/figi and you will smash the above system for far less money.
