Is this a good gaming pc build?

This is my first ever building a pic I really want to get into the pc gaming community so I was wondering if this is a good pc gaming build, https://pcpartpicker.com/list/, my budget is around $1500 because I still need to buy monitors keyboard mouse and other stuff!

Thats gonna be one hell of a computer. That rig is capable of playable 4k with a little settings tweaking. I would recommend going with a 1440p or 144hz refresh rate monitor at that point as well, as that rig at 1080p is going to be absolute overkill. However, even if you go with a 1080p monitor, that setup leaves a lot of room for expansion in the future.

The cooler you added to your list is a liquid cooler?
It's not that difficult to set up a liquid cooler. And also it would give your internal system a nice look while keeping the CPU temp similar to a Fan Cooler.
