That is a good build for gaming. I cannot tell you how well it will perform not knowing what resolution you are gaming at though. I would try getting 8GB of memory and getting at least a 1TB HDD if you're going to stick with that build for a while, it wouldn't cost much more. The GTX 760 is a good GPU.

I will be playing games like War of the roses and Citys skylines. If it can run GTA V then I will also play that, at 1080p prefferably.

It's quite good.

Cities: Skylines will not play all that great, it is very demanding on cpu and FX-6300 isn't quite the strongest one.
It also mainly prefers Intel. Even Intels have hard time running it some times.

Don't know about War of the Roses. First time I hear about that game.

GTA V will run 1080p 60fps on medium graphics.

What if I was to get a 770? Would that make much of a difference?

Well, my current GPU is a GT 210 xD so how much of an upgrade would you think it would be if I was to get a 760?

City Skylines isn't very intensive, not like GTA and other modern games. GTA would run great, but you definitely need to get 8GB of RAM. Most games now and days recommend at least 6GB of RAM.

Getting 8gb of ram will make all the difference if your multitasking, or have more than 4 tabs open in chrome lol. 8gb of ram is nalso pretty much the standard nowadays. Also a 1tb hdd wouldn't cost that much more and its doubling your storage size which is great if you have a ton of games. Also the 760 is ok, but is kinda old if you want something with a slight boost in power and is newer a 960 or R9 380 would be good, but the 760 will suffice and work great if your budget doesn't allow for either of the two cards.
