For what? What kind of games at what resolution? What is the rest of the system? What kind of PSU would you connect to it? How old is the rest of the PC including PSU if you already have it.

I meant is it a good company? I have MSI Performance Gaming AMD Ryzen 1st and 2nd Gen AM4 M.2 USB 3 DDR4 HDMI Display Port Mini-ITX Motherboard (B450I Gaming Plus AC), AMD Ryzen 7 2700 4.1 GHz, TEAMGROUP T-Force Vulcan Z DDR4 16GB (2 x 8GB) 3200MHz (PC4 25600) Ram, EVGA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti XC Gaming, 08G-P5-3663-KL, 8GB GDDR6,I am thinking when I upgrade, put this mb in a case like the https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BLXY7S4Y/ref=ox_sc_saved_image_4?smid=A26YYQ0U8ZSIL1&th=1with that card so it can be a super small kick ass sys. I heard Nvidia cheaped out on the 4060s & lowered the mem bandwidth, though. So not sure about the card because of that. Can that do 5k on newer games wirh just 8G of ram though? If the case was 8 deep, I would just put my current GPU in.

Answering directly: yes, it is.

But make no sense upgrading 3060TI to 4060. Unless you really like DLSS3.
So no point in upgrading to that card, so if I do make a sys in that case a single fan 3060 will be good? Can my current GPU do 4k on a game like Mortal Online 2?
