Is this a good laptop for what I need?

As the title suggests I just want to run a fee things by you guys; I think this laptop will do what I want but I'm not sure.

The laptop is a Lenevo ThinkPad E550
Specs:
I5-5200u
8RAM
120ssd
AMD r7m260 (2GB VRAM)

And I want to know if it'll run things games like cities:skylines, civilization:beyond earth, and kerbal space programme. Other than this I know it'll do everything else I want.
