I am a first time pc build wanting to build a gaming pc for any types of games and would like some advice. Thank you

That system is perfect for 1080p gameplay at high-max settings. The only thing I would suggest changing is upping that PSU to a 500 watt unit.

I agree what Jwpanz had to say, but also, you may want to upgrade to 16 GB of ram somewhat soon since that's becoming more and more increasingly needed for gaming these days.

I would also go for faster ram, ddr4 3000 ideally.
