Is this a good mem stick?

I'm getting some new ram sticks as my old ones seem to be causing some crashes and i was wondering if the
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory F3-12800CL10D-16GBXL
was any good.
On top of that this will work with my ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 right?

It should work. And G.Skill Ripjaws are known for being quite good in general.

I would like to see CL9 instead of 10 but it will work.
Like this the timings are 9-9-9-24 instead of the 10-10-10-30 that you picked.
