Is this a good monitor?

Ive posted a thread similar to this, but im wondering if this is a good monitor for playing ps4. Im pretty sure from looking at what it is its pretty good, but I want a experts opinion. Please dont recommend any other monitors from other sites besides Walmart. I need a 1080p monitor with a 5ms delay and hdmi input. Thanks!

I might choose BenQ RL2455HM instead

Thoght it's $30 more expensive, it's 24"> 23.6" (both 1080p), 1ms(gtg) > 2ms(gtg) response time , add Black eQualizer, Gaming-comfort ZeroFlicker...
Both has HDMI (RL2455HM has x2)
