Cpu you want a I7 4770k/4790k, and a good aftermarket cooler.

For the power supply you want at least 650w from a good manufacturer: xfx, corsair, seasonic.

That motherboard is...
Well I noticed on the first two links that that motherboard and proccessor are not compatable, so are you going Intel or AMD? Second, your not going to need 2 graphics cards for BF4.
 
Well, like steakjake said, the processor and motherboard you selected are not compatible. I'd recommend keeping the motherboard and going intel, since an APU paired with dual 280's is a huge waste of money. In order to avoid bottlenecking dual 280's (monster of a card), you'd need at least an upper-scale i5 or maybe even an i7. But to answer your question, as long as you just get a different processor, this setup would make Battlefield 4 beg for mercy with upwards of 100+ fps easily

That motherboard is overpriced, go with something z97 chipset based in the 120 - 150 dollar range that has good power phases.

For the gpu go with a single r9 290x like the sapphire tri-x.
