Solution
Your build looks fine but I just made minor changes.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($339.39 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($34.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: MSI Z270 GAMING M3 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($139.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: G.Skill TridentZ Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2800 Memory ($121.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate BarraCuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.69 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Video Card ($379.99 @ Amazon)
Case: NZXT S340 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case ($66.99 @ NCIX US)...
Build looks very solid to me, might be a better Power Supply you can get in that price bracket though. I'm seeing a few excellent 80+ Gold rated and Fully-Modular EVGA and SeaSonic supplies around that price range but the CXM is hardly a bad Power Supply by any means. Are you just using this for Gaming? Hope this helps :)

TridentZ tends to be the best - performance-wise (and even aesthetics).
Seagate Barracuda is faster than the WD Blue for only 1 USD more.
600B is a fine alternative, but if you can, the 650W EVGA G2 or G3 (the size is the only difference between G2/G3) will be better, even the 550W variant.
Everything is great, though! You seem to know enough about PC building to build one.
