I’m in LA for the weekend at a micro center and planning on building this computer fresh.

I’m thinking of changing the cooling unit though and getting a case…

I am using it for video editing and instructional design and later to work in AI, or machine learning and VR to teach and train.

4060 Ti will perform close to RTX 3070 and RTX 3070 is 3-6% faster than RTX 2080 Ti in games with the difference becoming less as the resolution increases. So you can expect a 5-10% faster performance with 4060 Ti as compared to 2080 Ti

Around 80$ for WD SN850x
If you can spend some extra bucks, Samsung 980 Pro is a bit more faster.
Otherwise stick with TG Z440

Either of them would be fine though the "bigger white case" with proper airflow would potentially provide better thermals and ease in cable management
