Is this a good PC Build?

Everything looks good except I would spring for a ASRock Extreme 4 mobo instead of the MSI. Also spring for a XFX PSU over the corsair or a EVGA Supernova G2. Also the Samsung 850 EVO Is better for cheaper.

Got you a better cooler, a faster SSD, a vastly superior quality power supply, and a better case. In addition to that, I removed the pointless extra case fan, got you a better keyboard (Razer is overpriced and overrated) and a cheaper but practically identical monitor.

The other changes I made were just slightly cheaper options, like the Seagate Barracuda over the WD Blue.

Very nice. Thanks a lot man! I'll definitely switch over the cooler, case, and keyboard.. Are you sure I should buy just a 550W PSU? I was thinking of SLI for my GTX 970 in the future, so I'm not sure.

That's a very cheap SSD. Thanks!
