I just bought a good graphics card for my pc and its improved it a lottttt but my games are still a little laggy so i wanna upgrade the processor cause i know its not that great somebody showed me this one for my pc

Your PC is using Am3 Socket, so you cant upgrade to a FX CPU, so at this point your only options is To get a Motherboard + CPu, it can be either AMD or intel, but if your intending to use it as a gaming Machine i highly Suggest getting an i5 4460 + h97 board and 8gb of DDr3 ram, for the OS you can use Windows 10 till it expires in october if you are short on money for windows 8.1 right now.
