In either of those cases you need to ask if the 8GB RAM is one DIMM or two. A single 8GB stick hurts performance and can be difficult to upgrade to 16GB.
120GB SSD is too small. You will fill it up almost instantly.

How bout this one. Just pick whatever case that'll fit your leftover budget.

The downside is the cpu is less powerful and has less core count. The gpu is not a slouch either.
if you want to upgrade in the future you could just swap the cpu and add a dedicated gpu. Hopefully amd will keep the b450 chipset alive after the 3rd gen.

I sent several emails to Shops with the bundles listed, but they have not sent a response until now. They probably did not understand the question.

What should i ask them if the RAM is (ask if the 8GB RAM is one DIMM or two ) is there a way re-phrase this?

What purpose are these systems intended for? Gaming? General desktop use? Something else?

For gaming, both systems in the first post are weak on the graphics card side of things. The GT 710 in the second system is not even on par with today's integrated graphics, so I definitely would not consider that for gaming.

The GT 1030 in the first build would be better for gaming, but is still rather low-end as far as gaming graphics hardware is concerned, and only about on par with the integrated graphics in a Ryzen 3400G.

I'm from the Philippines, they have limited stocks on PC parts, and I can order online. We have Newegg as an option but they ship individual items + Customs Tax and it might make things more expensive.

An RX 570 is a pretty decent graphics card for the money, significantly better than the cards listed in your first post.

If that's only a single 8GB stick of RAM in the second build, then I would probably avoid that, as it will only be running in single-channel mode, hurting performance. You want there to be two sticks of RAM for optimal performance. And 16GB is probably ideal these days.

As for the CPU, both are reasonable options. The 6-core, 6-thread 3500X offers a bit more performance-per-core, while the 6-core, 12-thread 2600 offers more threads for heavily multithreaded applications and games.
