Is this a good pc

I'd really suggest looking at getting the 980Ti or new 1070 when it comes out. The 980 Ti is dropping in price as we speak and it will be cheaper in a month or two. The 970 just isn't worth it at this point if you're looking at gaming/streaming/working, unless you're gonna drop it in an SLI configuration; even then, not all games support SLI.

I also suggest an i7 rather than the i5, as per what Sizzling said.
Couple of things, the new 1070 should be out in the next month and it looks like it will be the same power as a 980Ti so twice that of the 970. You should definitely wait for it.

For heavy streaming you really need an i7 and it would help a lot with video editing. If you need to save money to get an i7 you can drop the overclocking stuff, it's not needed for gaming and going from an i5 to i7 will bring bigger gains in editing than any OC

So Skylake?
