This is my build
MB - ASUS F2A55-M LK2 - 84 BGN
CPU - AMD Athlon II x4 760k 3.8ghz - 147 BGN
GPU - R7 260X 1Gb - 180 BGN
RAM - 2x4 Kingston HyperX Black 1600mhz - 140 BGN
PSU - Corsair VS Series 450W - 79 BGN
630 BGN - 422 USD

Just go for it if you need a computer now and the PSU will only be temporary. Don't overclock though.

Dude it is totally fine, people here are trying to cover their own asses.

129 watts max draw on the 260x full load

100 watts for the cpu 130 maybe if oc'd

60 more tops for the rest of the setup.

You have a sufficient psu, I'd recommend a corsair cx 430 and you could overclock the system to the moon and not stress the psu, the thermaltake is more than enough by a wide margin, I just can not recommend one as my experiences have been poor. But if you disregard my bias the psu is more than enough even for overclocking. I personally just wouldn't buy this psu though it can easily do this job for you without worry.
