Is this a good price for i5 4590?

So my microcenter has i5 4590s for $160 right now, which is significantly cheaper than ones on pcpartpicker. However I wanted to wait till black friday to buy all the parts for my PC. I've never been shopping for PC parts on black friday before so I don't know how much cheaper cpus get. Should I just get this cpu now, or wait till black friday?

That is a good price for it and unlikely it gets any cheaper on BF. But then again microcenter always has great prices on CPU's

People have been telling me to just buy items if you see them at a good deal. Since it's November a lot of sites are having pre black friday deals and some parts I need are on sale and others aren't. But I really don't wanna buy a part and find it significantly cheaper on black fri... Guess it doesn't hurt to wait though just hope they dont sell out of CPUs
